EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your bikini! Because our pieces are considered intimate apparel and produced in small batches, we keep our exchange policy simple.

Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
All exchanges require prior approval.

Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

* Swimwear must be tried on while wearing undergarments. *

  • Original Condition: Item must be returned exactly as received, in its original packaging.
  • Tags On: Original tags must be attached
  • No Stains: Any stains will not be accepted. No exceptions
  • Unworn & Unwashed
  • Hygiene Liner Attached: Must be fully attached and undisturbed
  • No Odors: This includes perfumes, lotions, self-tanners, or any body products

GIA MINA SWIMWEAR reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

How To Request An Exchange

Please email hello@giaminaswimwear.com before returning any item to request exchange approval.

Include the following in your email:

• Your order number
• The item and size you would like to exchange
• The new size requested

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions via email.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in the quality of our products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on availability.

Important Notes
  • Refunds are only issued for approved defective items.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on worn items.
Final Sale

Items purchased during sales events or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
