As a small new business, we are only able to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Provided all conditions below are met.
To be eligible for an exchange, these conditions MUST be met:
- NO STAINS: Any stains will not be accepted. No exceptions
- TAGS ON: Original tags must be attached
- UNWORN, UNWASHED
- HYGIENE LINER INTACT: Must be fully attached and undisturbed
- NO ODORS: This includes perfumes, lotions, self-tanners, or any body products
- ORIGINAL CONDITION: Item must be returned exactly as received, in its original packaging.
HOUSE SWIM reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We take great care in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damage. This is the only circumstance in which a return will be issued in STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and follow the same requirements as exchanges.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on exchanges. Once your exchange request has been approved, you will receive an email instructing you to proceed with paying the return costs. Followed by an email with a shipping label to print and apply to your parcel.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, House Swim will cover the return shipping and provide the label at no cost to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if it was approved. Returns for store credit are processed within 3-5 business days. If approved, you will receive an email containing your store credit that can be used towards your next House Swim order.
